Decoctions are widely used dosage form in Ayurveda and known as kashayas. It is compared to herbal teas. It is prepared with combination of effective medicinal herbs.

Effective Medicines For Cholera From Sahasrayogam
Cholera is an infectious disease that causes severe watery diarrhea. It can lead to dehydration and even death if left untreated. It is caused by eating food or drinking water contaminated with a bacterium called Vibrio cholera. It is called Visuchika in Ayurveda.
