Black gram is not recommended for daily usage. Hence, rice cooked with blackgram is good to use once or twice a week.
      4 parts rice
      2 part Black Gram
      1 part sesame +
      2 parts Green Gra
      4 to 5 parts milk.

You can add 1 part gud during cooking.
      Ghee can be added.
