Hello Dr. Hebbar, I have some questions:
1. Is it true that Ragi (fingermillet) has a blood-cleansing quality?
2. Is Atta/barley suitable for daily consumption when one has a skindisease?
Because I read that:
“यवकाःशूकधान्याना – Among Shuka Dhanya (Paddy having bristles), Yavaka (a variety of Barley) is most unwholesome”; and you also mentioned it as a causative factor for Ekakushta.
