Shaka Gata Marmas are the Marmas (vital points, delicate areas, points of the body causing death or damage or deformity when injured) located in the limbs.
Each Limb has 11 Marmas. This makes a total of 44 Marmas in all the 4 limbs.

Marmas in Upper Limb
Kshipra – located between thumb and fingers – 2 in number, injury leads to convulsions and death. It is a type of Snayu Marma and Kaalantara Praanahara Marma.
Talahridaya – Located at the Middle of palm – 2 in number – Injury leads to pain and death. It is a type of Mamsa Marma and Kaalantara Praanahara Marma.
Koorcha – Located proximal to Koorcha – 2 in number – Injury leads to irregularity of hands and tremors of hand
Koorchashira – Located distal to Wrist Joint – 2 in number – Injury leads to pain and edema. It is a type of Snayu Marma and Rujaakara Marma
Manibandha – Located at wrist Joint – 2 in number – Injury leads to deformity of hand. It is a type of Sandhi Marma and Rujaakara Marma
Indrabasti – Located at middle of forearm on front side – 2 in number – Injury leads to death due to hemorrhage. It is a type of Mamsa Marma and Kaalantara Praanahara Marma.
Koorpara – Located in elbow joints – 2 in number – Injury leads to functional deformity. It is a type of Snayu Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma. It is a type of Sandhi Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma
Aani – Located above elbow joint, in the arm – 2 in number – Injury leads to edema and rigidity of arm. It is a type of Snaayu Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma
Baahvi – Located at the middle of the arm – 2 in number – Injury leads to emaciation of arm due to blood loss. It is a type of Siraa Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma
Lohitaksha – Located above Baahvi Marma and below shoulder joint – 2 in number – Injury leads to paralysis of limb due to blood loss. It is a type of Siraa Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma.
Kakshadhara – Located between thorax and axilla – 2 in number – Injury leads to paralysis of limb due to blood loss. It is a type of Snayu Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma

Kshipra – Located between big toe and fingers – 2 in number – Injury leads to convulsions and death. It is a type of Snayu Marma and Kaalantara Praanahara Marma

Indrabasti – Located at the middle of leg in line with medial malleolus – 2 in number – Injury leads to death due to hemorrhage. It is a type of Mamsa Marma and Kaalantara Praanahara Marma
Jaanu – Located in the knee joints – 2 in number – Injury leads to functional deformity. It is a type of Sandhi Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma.
Aani – Located above knee joint, in the thigh – 2 in number – Injury leads to edema and rigidity of thigh. It is a type of Snaayu Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma
Oorvi – Located at the middle of the thigh – 2 in number – Injury leads to emaciation of thigh due to blood loss. It is a type of Siraa Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma
Lohitaksha – Located above Oorvi Marma and below hip joint – 2 in number – Injury leads to paralysis of limb due to blood loss. It is a type of Siraa Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma.
Vitapa – Located between groin and testes (scrotum) – 2 in number – Injury leads to impotency and Infertility. It is a type of Snayu Marma and Vaikalyakara Marma
