Vata body type people have unstable mind, hence are quite prone to stress.
Pitta people are quite intelligent, but they do get angry pretty quickly. Hence there is stress predisposition.
Kapha people are usually cool, calm and composed. Hence very less prone to stress, by nature.
Note that single Dosha body type persons like Pure Vata, Pure Pitta etc. are very rare.

    1. Stretching exercises (or yoga) can be particularly effective in giving a good overall feeling when mind and body feel dull and lethargic.
    2. A nice warm nice “head oil massage” can also help (e.g. after a long day’s work).
    3. Sometimes, particularly on cold days, there’s nothing like a cup of warm milk with some Indian spices such as nutmeg, cardamom, saffron, etc.
    4. Another helpful remedy is a warm (sesame/almond/etc) oil massage on the (soles of the) feet before going to bed – it soothes the nerves and helps good sleep.
