    Dear Dr Hebbar,

The article is informative for people using computer regularly for long hours. However, I would suggest the following home remedies that can be added to combat Computer Vision Syndrome and to keep the eyes healthy:

    1. Put few drops of medicated rose water into your eyes few times a day during the course of using computer or otherwise.

    2. Eat good amount of carrots, cucumbers and seasonal fresh fruits daily. Carrots are all time best to keep the eyes healthy.

    3. Drink a glass of buttermilk daily.

    4. Drink 30 ml Amla juice (Indian Gooseberry) twice a day with half cup of warm water before meal or else take Amla supplement in the form of tablets or capsules on a regular basis.

    5. Apply medicated Kajal into your eyes before going to bed daily to keep the eyes fresh and healthy.

    Best regards,
    Kunwar Singh

Rose water making process is quite simple. There is no such thing as medicated rose water. You can chose any good popular brand in the market.
