Mode of action
Sympatholytic
Peripheral vasodilator
Diuretic – It lowers blood pressure by reducing the water quantity in the blood.
Anxiolytic – It helps to lower the stress and anxiety levels in the patient.
Composition
Each tablet is made from –
Rauwolfia serpentina – Sarpagandha
Acorus calamus – Vacha
Inula racemosa – Pushkaramoolam
Vetivera zizanioides – Usira
Berberis aristata – Daruharidra
Dosage
Mild to moderate Hypertension – 1 tablet once or twice daily
Severe Hypertension – 2 tablets twice daily
As Maintenance – 1 tablet once daily

Hi, if it is only lukewarm water, it can be drunk along with honey.

Dear Dr. Hebbar, I am hypertensive and with my cardiologits permission I was trying out norbeepee. However, when I take one tablet everyday, after a few days my BP comes down to 95/66. this is way too low and i felt like no energy and so inactive. I tired to take it on alternate days and also tried half a tablet everyday. But no matter how i tried, my BP always comes down. So, I had to go back to my cardiologist to put me back on english medicine. I do believe in ayurveda. can you please tell me if you have seen cases like this? then what is the solution my case in Ayurveda, in your opinion? Any opinion of your will be highly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Dear sir, you will have to consult an Ayurveda doctor directly. The dose of Norbeepee needs to be reduced in your case.

Sir, what is your opinion of Normalin? I have been recommended this by an ayurvedic doctor, but would like to double check. Also, would it react with other ayurvedic medicines? my BP is quite high, and has so far responded to the pils, but am anxious about long term use.Thanks

Is it helpful for alternate to sleeping pills ?

No. The blood pressure may decrease, if a person with normal BP takes this for better sleep.
