Premenstrual Syndrome – Severe PMS Symptoms And Ayurvedic Herbal Home Remedies

PMS is also called as premenstrual tension. PMS symptoms are considered to be psychosomatic in nature. It appears every month, 7 – 10 days before bleeding (periods).

  • Avoid remaining awake till late night during the second half of the menstrual cycle.
  • Take rest as far as you can.
  • Having buttermilk with a pinch of fenugreek and asafoetida helps relieve muscle cramps.
