Dear sir, along with oral medicine, Panchakarma treatment might also benefit you. Continue the present treatment for a month or two. If no relief is found, consider changing your doctor.

Dear Sir, Would advise you to rule out the cause of your knee pain and then take the medicines because as we all are genetically different with different constitutions and patterns, we respond to treatments in many different ways. Hence, always consult with a qualified Ayurvedic physician before taking any medication.

Guggulu is useful in hypertension, especially if high blood pressure is associated with cholesterol deposition.
