Please note that all the medicines which are pain killers need not necessarily have bad effect on liver. It is only non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs of allopathy (NSAIDs) which are called as pain killers have side effect on liver.
Rasnadi kashayam does not have any side effect on liver.

It helps to relieve pain and inflammation related to osteoporosis. But it may not cause bone re-formation. It may not ‘cure’ osteoporosis or osteo arthritis.

Could you please advise whether Rasnadi Kashayam, taken by a patient who is on Celebrex Antiinflammatory medication, could raise blood pressure within two days of starting rasnadi?
Would you advise against taking both these two medications?
Your answer is very much appreciated.
    Thank you.

Celebrex (Celecoxib) is quite a powerful anti inflammatory medication with many potential side effects.
There is nothing in Rasnadi kashayam that would increase Blood pressure.
Rasnadi kashayam – if it is highly concentrated, may cause worsening of gastritis or burning sensation in stomach.
This is why, in patients with sensitive stomach, it is given after food, with more quantity of water (dilution).
Celebrex is very likely to cause gastritis. It is its main side effect.

Hence, if you are taking both of them, together, I would advice you to maintain a minimum gap of 30 minutes between the two medicines. Celebrex, being the first one.

Whether celerbrex would cause increase in blood pressure, when it is given with Rasnadi Kashayam?.. Pretty hard to tell but chances are very very less.

Sir, You get this medicine in Kashaya form and Tablet form. The dosage is given based on several factors including your age, severity of pain so would advise you take a expert opinion on the same.

Hi, it is not commonly used in lipoma treatment. If you have pain / swelling, it is useful in relieving these symptoms.
